ytd went for my 3rd tightening session, but when i woke up in the morning,my throat feels a bit sore..............

tis time round, my dentist asks mi to wear elastics(rubber band), wau sia, cannot underestimate the rubber band, such a small one but impact veri big......

the rubber bands actuali is used to close my upper & lower teeth gap........
and i'm afraid the rubber band will break.........*ouch*...........

and itz super elastic, i stretch b4 wearin oso so elastic.........

and duno izit the dentist tighten quite a bit for me or bcuz of the elastics plus my sore throat = a bad day for mi............

hope my sore throat faster recover, as to my elastics, now ok liao tink veri fast can get used to it..............
